Is Klarna or Clearpay interest-free?

Yes — both Klarna (Pay in 3) and Clearpay are completely interest-free when payments are made on time. You only ever pay the price of your order, split into instalments.

Will using Klarna or Clearpay affect my credit score?

Klarna may perform a soft credit check when you apply, which does not affect your credit score. Clearpay does not perform a credit check. However, missed payments with either provider may be reported to credit agencies — so please ensure you can meet the repayment schedule before using these services.

How do I use Klarna or Clearpay at checkout?

Simply add your items to your basket and proceed to checkout as normal. At the payment step, select Klarna or Clearpay as your payment method and follow the on-screen instructions. It only takes a moment to set up.

What happens if I miss a payment?

If you miss a payment, Klarna and Clearpay may charge a late fee and could report the missed payment to credit reference agencies.
