Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn't right, here's how we can help:


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we'll make it right:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos
  • We'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including original shipping)
  • Return postage covered by us - we'll send you a prepaid return label

Before opening your package, we strongly advise recording the unboxing process via your phone. This video should clearly show all sides of the box before it's opened and then the complete unboxing of the item(s) inside. This will serve as valuable evidence in case of any issues with damaged or incorrect items.

Please note: We are not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping, and we do not issue refunds or replacements due to carrier issues. However, if your order is damaged or lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly (e.g., Evri, Royal Mail, DPD, Yodel).


Changed Your Mind?

You have 30 days from delivery to return unwanted items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

For orders under £20:

  • Return postage is at your own cost
  • Items must be unused, in original condition with tags/packaging
  • Store credit issued once items are inspected (usually within 2-3 working days)
  • 15% restocking fee applies to cover handling costs

For orders £20 and above:

  • Return postage is at your own cost
  • Items must be unused, in original condition with tags/packaging
  • Store credit issued once items are inspected (usually within 2-3 working days)
  • No restocking fee

Prefer extra store credit? We'll give you 110% of your order value as store credit (valid for 12 months) - no restocking fee applies.


Wrong Item Ordered?

We're happy to help if you've ordered the wrong size, colour, or variant:

  • Return the incorrect item at your own cost
  • We'll issue store credit once received and inspected
  • You can then place a new order for the correct item
  • Or choose store credit for 110% value and reorder immediately

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or variant, please contact us at sales@gifts4youall.com. Please ensure you include a note within your return parcel stating your name and order number.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Earrings (unless faulty)

How to Return

  1. Email us at sales@gifts4youall.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you our returns address and any instructions
  3. Pack items securely in original packaging where possible
  4. Include a note with your name and order number
  5. Send via tracked postage - we recommend Royal Mail 'signed for' service (keep proof of postage)
  6. Store credit processed within 2-3 working days of receiving your return

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will not be held responsible for your item(s) if they go missing in transit when being returned to us.

Please note: All returns are inspected via CCTV for quality control purposes. Items must be returned in the condition they were sent.


Refund Method

Store credit will be issued to the email address associated with your order within 2-3 working days of receiving and inspecting your return. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit, it will be for the value of the item only, minus the original shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
